These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
GrowWell Kid is a growth tracking application that allows parents and guardians to record and monitor their children's growth measurements against established medical centile standards (UK-WHO and CDC). The service is available as a web application at growwellkid.com.
IMPORTANT: GrowWell Kid is NOT a medical device, medical service, or substitute for professional healthcare advice. Growth data and percentile calculations are provided for informational purposes only.
The percentile calculations are based on published reference data (UK-WHO and CDC growth standards) but may not account for individual circumstances.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (GP, health visitor, or paediatrician) for medical advice about your child's growth and development. Do not make medical decisions based solely on information from this application.
You may use GrowWell Kid without creating an account (local-only mode). Creating an account enables cloud sync across devices. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time via Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Growth reference data (UK-WHO and CDC standards) is in the public domain. The GrowWell Kid application, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of its developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the application.
GrowWell Kid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy of percentile calculations or growth data. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data displayed by the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (which is currently free).
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your cloud data will be deleted. Local data on your device will remain unless you clear it manually.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
